When you submit a booking enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred date, charter duration, number of guests and any message you choose to add. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a possible charter.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf.
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit the site, Netlify may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages accessed, in server log files. This is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). Netlify acts as a data processor under an appropriate data processing agreement.
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser may connect to Google's servers, which can involve the transfer of your IP address. This is used only to display the fonts correctly. If you prefer, you can block external font loading in your browser settings.
This website loads the Google tag (gtag.js) directly — we do not use Google Tag Manager — for Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (ID AW-18209943491). The availability calendar shown on our website is rendered by us. Booked dates are taken from our own shared charter calendar and are retrieved by our server (not by your browser), so no third-party calendar service is loaded in your browser and no cookies are set by it. The calendar displays charter availability only (booked/available dates) and does not collect any personal data from you.
Our website offers a direct link to contact us via WhatsApp and by email. If you choose to contact us through these channels, your communication will be subject to the respective provider's privacy policy and to ours for the purpose of handling your enquiry.
We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting charter, after which it is deleted unless we are legally required to retain it. Server log data is retained for a limited period for security purposes.
