The northwest coast — mountains meeting the sea

The wild Tramuntana side of the island — cliffs, mountain villages and deep, cold-blue water.

The northwest is the Mallorca most day-charters never see: the Serra de Tramuntana falling straight into the sea, the pierced rock of Sa Foradada, the harbour of Port de Sóller and the remote pebble cove of Cala Tuent beneath the highest peaks.

It is too far and too good to rush, so we treat it as an overnight or multi-day cruise rather than a dash. Anchor beneath Sa Foradada for lunch and a swim, take a mooring in Sóller's round bay for the evening, and wake somewhere spectacular. The scenery is on a different scale to the south — this is the trip for guests who have done the coves and want the grand version. The crew will map anchorages, mileage and running costs honestly for your dates.
